From 1962 to 1964,I was vocalist and bass player for the Slough pop group The Arrows, which later changed it`s name to the King Bees
In the early days, we played at St. George`s youth club in Long Furlong Drive, Britwell, and also at Our Lady Of Peace youth club. Later on, we had two weekly spots at the Carlton Ballroom in Slough, which has long since been swallowed up by Queensmere.
I have been married 34 years and have three grown-up children and two grand-children. I have been senior partner in my own company for the past 20 years, specialising in low vision aids.
