I am originally from Lakeland Florida where I was born in 1947. Now I am living in the New Orleans LA area. I graduated from Loyola University in 1994 with a degree in Liberal Arts and have been involved in animal protection activism and human rights. I am a vegan and was the chef for a vegan restaurant called Jack Sprat`s Vegetarian Grill in N.0. from 1994 to 1998. We had people from all over the US and the world come to eat cajun food cooked delicously vegan! The restaurant the staff the loyal and appreciative customers along with my personal pride in what we were doing made the time spent at the restaurant truly the best thing I`ve done....except have exceptional beautiful children Dana and Steve. I`m interested in corresponding with any one who ate at our restaurant or knew my son Steven. I`m always interested in contact with other like minded people. Also I am interested in geneology so I would be glad to hear from any Herndons. There were Stewarts on my grandmother`s side of the family as well. I understand I had a grandmother who was French with the last name Dampier (sp?). My family seems to be prone to early death so I do not have much to go on. Peace!
