We are experienced online Help authors and can produce Help in Windows, HTML
and Web Help formats.
We recognise the online information needs to be designed differently to paper-based material; we want users to refer to our help systems regularly, not just when they encounter a problem!
Help systems normally contain both detailed information, accessible from the Help menu, and context-sensitive help, which needs to provide users with concise information, highly relevant to the task they are currently performing. We have extensive experience of integrating context-sensitive help with C++, VB and Java applications.
We aim to give our Help systems great visual appeal with icons, bitmaps and, if appropriate, voice and video clips.
Help systems represent real user tasks and all contain troubleshooting and problem solving information, thereby reducing your customer support
